?muscular: Muscular etiology is most likely if this is the only time you experience that discomfort. Perhaps there is a strain/slight inflammation of an abdominal muscle. A tiny umbilical hernia is another possibility. I recommend that you consult an a general surgeon if the symptom persists or worsens.
