Yes: Potentially yes. If your osteotimy sites are healed, it would be reasonably simple to take the screws out and see if that helps.

1 month post Weil osteotomy 2nd&3rd metatarsal. Had been moving and now having severe pain in the surgical site. Is this normal during post OP recovery?there is also new swelling over the surgical site.
