Gastroenteritis: Dragon fruit, as you know, has small black seeds in it -- I wonder what are the 'size' of these black spots in her stool? Black stool can mean blood (when it's black like asphalt), and sometimes a medication (iron or peptobismol) can lead to dark color. 8 days seems like a long time to have gastroenteritis - I would suggest seeing a doctor to get the proper diagnosis and create the best treatment.
