Need MoreInformation: both history & physical appearance/exam over time. If infection deep enough & soaking plus topical antibiotic not reaching or working well enough, then best change approach and may need systemic antibiotics to get to infection from inside out, not just outside in. The topical antibiotic should be covered with bandaid, after applied to keep it on the wound & allow absorption, despite would weeping.
