Imbalance: Low blood pressure in the standing position can cause these symptoms. They may also be caused by an acute inner ear disorder especially if turning your head produces vertigo. If these symptoms don't quickly resolve, you should be examined by a physician for diagnosis and treatment.

When I get hot and am standing, I will feel lightheaded and my vision will cloud with yellow dots and I can't see. Sometimes I feel nausea and pressure on my temples. It used to clear away quickly when I sit down but it lasts longer now.
