Talk to MD: This varies by which state that you are going to. Usually it includes some or all of the following.: measles, mumps, rubella, diphtheria, pertussis and polio. The cd web site has great resources to check this, but you pediatrician, being the one giving the shots, will be an excellent one to ask.
