The 4-F's Take A Hit: Low motivation is hallmark of depression. U have little gas in ur tank for the all-important 4-f's: fleeing (darting from danger, walking out of a bad movie); fighting (standing up 2 bullies, arguing over politics/sports); feeding (finding something appetizing); & f-love making (feeling frisky). Without fs 1&2, we might feel quite defeated; & without fs 3&4 -the fun f's- we might ask "why bother?".
