Abd pain no period: Check HCG, may be pregnancy ,gastritis-try ranitidine/prevecid-check for H pylori bacteria causing gastritis, , constipation-drink fluids 2-3 liter/day juices,( pure water dilutes sodium) . Would also check thyroid studies and prolactin if HCG is negatve and sonogram is negative
