Yes, contact doctor: You say nothing about timing. How long after treatment did the symptoms start? If within a few days, it could be the chlamydia. Or maybe an entirely separate problem. Either way, contact your doctor. All abnormal or unexplained vaginal bleeding and/or pelvic pain should be professionally evaluated. Good luck.
