Please clarify: Are you asking one or two questions? It appears that you think it is lowering your blood pressure. Are you also wondering what time of day to take it? Although it is possible that Prozac (fluoxetine) can affect blood pressure, it is not a common side effect. When you take it is between you and your doctor to decide. It can be taken day or night. Recommend discussing these concerns further with your doctor.
