Have a1c at 5.7, fasting reading of 99 but all day my readings before and after meals are at 100. whats going on? i eat healthy and exercise often.

At the edge: Your Aic and fasting glucose are at the edge of pre-diabetes. Do keep up with the exercise. If you are even slightly overweight, it would help to lose weight. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.
