Can you have the stomach flu with no fever or nausea or vomiting, just extreme stomach cramps and diarrhea?

Yes: Although it's commonly called stomach flu, gastroenteritis isn't the same as influenza. Real flu (influenza) affects only your respiratory system: nose, throat and lungs. Gastroenteritis can cause abdominal pain and diarrhea but usually have some nausea or vomiting or both.
