This certainly can: be normal at your age. If it's a change, it may be from a dietary change. If you are not uncomfortable/in pain/no blood in stool, you can just observe. You can try increasing your fluid and fiber intake to see if that helps you have more bowel movements. If that doesn't help or you are having pain or bleeding, you should contact your doctor to be examined.
