My tsh level came back 0.010. does this mean my adrenal gland isnt working??? i've been on hydrocortisone for almost a year. initially wasn't working but improved with hydrocortisone. could my chronic pancreatitis affect the adrenal gland?

TSH and pancreas: Have no direct relationship with the adrenal glands! TSH is secreted by the pituitary gland in the brain to stimulate the thyroid gland to produce its hormones, your number is low though, meaning that your thyroid may be producing more hormones. Kindly discuss the results and your condition with your endocrinologist, wish you wellness
