Sugar & yeast: Ingesting large amounts of sugar will increase the amount of sugar in the vaginal epithelium and vulva which can increase the risk of yeast infection therefore, the clitoral itching. First, decrease the sugar intake and see if the itching gets better. If not, see a MD and be examined for yeast vulvovaginits.
