Probably: If the blurriness and discoloration are new and due to the ulcer, than treatment of the ulcer will clear things up. The only cautionary note is if the ulcer is dead center on the eye, in which case the scar after healing will distort the vision. You need to be seeing an ophthalmologist for a corneal ulcer.
