Weeks: Keep your eye patched, wear dark glasses, figure 2-3 weeks as a minimum.Wite spot should be checked by your doctor.

Patience: Use your antibiotics faithfully, DON'T patch your eye closed, follow up with your Ophthalmologist as scheduled, or sooner if your symptoms worsen. Sometimes an ulcer can leave a permanent scar. It depends on the severity of the ulcer, and the type of organism that caused it.
