Sorry for your loss.: Often there is no explanation for miscarriage, and to have two is sad, but does support that you are able to get pregnant. I recommend consulting a gynecologist who specializes in high risk pregnancies for a full exam, and then you can try to get pregnant anytime you feel emotionally ready, as long as you remain under doctor care. Some women need progesterone support in early pregnancy.
