Mildly acidic, normal: pH of what? urine? saliva? Our body maintains a blood pH of 7.4. I can assure you your blood pH is 7.4, no matter what your urine or saliva pH is, and that's the only pH that really matters. pH 5 is mildly acidic but normal for saliva or urine. While some nutritionists advocate an "alkaline diet" there is no sound evidence that this is beneficial. See http://chriskresser.com/the-ph-myth-part-1/

Ph: I suppose you are talking about the urine ph?? Take plenty of fluids. Make sure you don't have UTI or any burning while passing urine. If so then great UTI with antibiotics and take ural sachets if u are not allergic.
