Smoked half a pack year when i was 20 and quit. will my lungs ever be healthy, also what long term damage if any should i be concerned about?

Quit smoking: It's sounds like you were never a heavy smoker, and it's great you quit. After 5 years your lungs should be back to baseline. However if you have a history of ever having asthma you should be aware that smoking is a major trigger. Just make sure you don't start up again! It's not worth the long term health risks
