Need more info: Low back pain radiates to the legs and sometimes the groin. Clavicle pain is not related. Which end of this bone is problematic? If the pain to"the front of body" comes from the waist level of the back or a little above. an MRI could show a ruptured disc. Just where is the part of the front of your body that is sore? Any joint pain? Rashes? Weight changes? Fatigue?
