Hard to be sure: I advise a medical exam, particularly if you are being prescribed any medications or taking supplements. Also, if your liver was inflamed for any reason it might explain these symptoms. If it happens sporadically when you drink alcohol there are more possibilities. If it has happened every time you drink alcohol I would wonder about a genetic factor involved in how you metabolize alcohol.
