Just a touch: Every center has a slightly different protocol but a typical soft tissue neck CT's inferior margin is the tops of the lungs. Frequently however so little of the lungs are seen that no mention is noted in the report.

CT neck ST: It is possible that the very upper parts of the lung may be visible. All the best.
