Hard question: Not sure what is meant. Sleep quantity (as long as at least 6 hours) should be on a set schedule. So i vote for schedule. The body needs continuous sleep to go through the sleep cycles, particularly deep sleep. So if sleep is broken up in 2 hours sections, you don't get all that you need.
