Nope: Certainly not as the main or only symptom. Sweaty palms usually is a symptom of anxiety. See your doctor if you remain concerned. If you're at risk for HIV, e.g. high risk sex or shared drug injection equipment, get tested. But not because of this symptom. Good luck.
