Constipation: This sounds to me like he has constipation diarrhea. He may have sign of a "clump" that is not able to come out and therefore he is passing fluid around it. Have you tried rectal treatment such as a child safe enema? Is he in pain? Keep him hydrated, and feed him fiber too! Prunes are always good.
