No: This combination of non-living material has no effect on the development of the fetus. Approximately 4% of all pregnancies end in some form of unexpected outcome.Each type of defect may or may not have a suggested origin. Most defects are present by the first 4-8 week of pregnancy, well before pregnancy is known or the Dtap is ever offered.
