Here are some...: The advice not to use drugs after their expiration date strongly implies and services the high demand of political correctness and commercialism so to shove responsibility of all parties although their effectiveness may decrease, but not at appreciable degree. So, if you are a responsible and not suit-happy person, you may still use the drugs 3-6 months after expiration date; it not, don't use it.

Probably not. Get: refill. If your patch is expired, it means it's probably over 3 or 4 years old. Throw it away! You'll get little use of of it. If it's ready to get expired, you may have 80-90% effectiveness. Why would you use something less than effective, when you can get refills with your medical insurance card? Anything left in the house is past it's due date, and can tempt other family members to use it too.
