Most nasal sprays: are "addictive" and REBOUND actually results in the need for MORE spray!!!! I would suggest a cortisone containing OTC Spray (EG: example only NASOCORT while you eliminate the OTRIVIN then try to use a SALINE SPRAY only!!!!! This problem may require a visit to a EAR NOSE THROAT ENT Specialist! Hope this helps! Dr Z
