Consider infection: Although SLE and Cellcept (mycophenolate mofetil) are associated with low white cell counts and even left shifted white counts with metamyelocytes and even myelocytes (and this could well be what is happening to you), one must also worry about infection which is more likely in an immunosuppressed patient like yourself. Do you have fever? You should see your rheumatologist and even a infectious disease doctor if febrile.
