See doctor ASAP: It sounds like you're having some sort of fairly severe allergic reaction or other skin disease. Are you on any medications, especially a new one recently? This should be professionally evaluated ASAP. In the meantime, don't pick at them; try to keep the blister-like bumps intact as best you can.
