Can antibiotics cause eye strain like pain? if so, is it anything to be worried about? happening with augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) and previous antibiotic also.

No known effect: Antibiotics do not have a biological action which would cause eyestrain. There must be some other cause if you have this consistently perhaps related to the infection for which you are taking the antibiotics.
