Spots: These pigmented spots which won't wash off or itch and apparently haven't changed in eleven years, are benign nevi, lentigos, freckles,etc. However if one sticks out as quite different from the others or undergo any changes in appearance, get examined by a dermatologist. It probably is a good idea to have a dermatologist do a skin checkup for you in any event.
