Watch carefully.: Chances are you can ride this out and be OK. But if you start vomiting, especially if you're vomiting what appears to be blood, or if you have diarrhea which is black and tarry or otherwise seems bloody, then get to an emergency room right away. And be careful with stuff like this in the future.
