Abdominal pain: If you have other symptoms associated with it such as fatigue, shortness of breath, blood in your urine, nausea, vaginal discharge, vomiting or weight loss you need to see a primary care doctor ASAP. Even without other symptoms, you need to be examined by a doctor so your abdominal organs can be evaluated.I also strongly you take a pregnancy test if any chance of pregnancy.
