Angiokeratomas: There is a scrotal condition called Fordyce angiokeratoma which is more common in Japanese and Caucasians. It is related to the small capillaries in the scrotal skin. It does not represent any serious problem and can be ignored as long as you don't have any other symptoms which are worrying you. Here are some...: The described black dot could be just few harmless tiny hemangiomas or blackheads of sebaceous glands on the sac, which require no need for treatment as long as not hurting. Nonetheless, a direct look at them is needed to verify what they could be. More? Ask doctor timely to ease worry.
