Restart and back up: After three days of missed cycles you can not rely on your pills for birth control this month. Restart taking the pills were you left off but use condoms for the rest of this cycle. You may start some irregular bleeding or spotting due to the disruption. Consider an IUD for better birth control without the chance of missing pills
