Very questionable: This is difficult to explain as it depends on how hard you were hit and exactly where you were hit. With the lump which I assume was not there before then this should be checked to make sure some of the structures were not injured. This needs to be checked by your provider so they could see if anything was injured. Please see a physician. I hope this is helpful.
