NVIC: The National Poisons Information Center in the Netherlands is open to medical professionals only, so your friend should visit a physician as soon as possible. Overdosing on an SSRI can cause a prolongation of the QT interval and lead to polymorphic ventricular tachycardia (Torsade des Pointes) and seizures. You can still possibly save your friend's life if you bring her to a physician. Good luck.
