No: It probably only means you found the sickening stuff they give you to drink made you "sicker" than most and you had to throw up. Vomiting isn't associated with diabetes or high blood pressure. Usually a GTT isn't needed to make the diagnosis of diabetes; simply a fasting blood sugar; maybe a test two hours after eating. Concerning you already have hypertension. Really focus on healthy lifestyle!
