Muscular if active: There are spleen, large & small bowel to consider in rare instances. If pain is recent, after activity, best bet is a strained muscle and take NSAIDs expecting pain to be gone in a week or so. Otherwise, if you are a mature person and pain persists consider colonoscopy, abdominal exam by MD. Doc will determine causes for splenomegaly if found. If persistent send-age, sex, duration, other diseases
