What is gas?: If you mean a feeling of pain such as caused by gas in the intesting, that kind of feeling in the back (depending on where) can be due to anything from a skin infection to actual gas in some internal organ. If they have done every test, I suggest you ask for an appointment to discuss their DIAGNOSIS...that would probably be with your primary practitioner.
