Sounds like: Hand/foot and mouth or a Coxsackie infection. Chickenpox starts on the trunk and spreads outwards. The blisters with hand/foot/mouth are on the palms and soles and in the mouth area. Treat fever and encourage fluids such as Pedialyte keep up with his hydration. Have him checked if is not feeling better. All the best.
