Get treated ASAP: Definitely high risk for oral (throat) gonorrhea. If partner definitely has gonorrhea, you should have been treated, w/o waiting for test result. What does "genital contact" mean? If vaginal penetration, you should have had vaginal swab or urine testing. Most important you be treated, even if test(s) negative. Consider 2nd opinion from STD expert, e.g. NHS GUM clinic for guaranteed expert care.
