Probably safe but...: Zika is not yet known to be in Cuba, but no guarantee; the first evidence might not show up for months. Even if you were infected, viremia (virus in blood that can infect a fetus) probably is gone within a couple of weeks. For maximum safety, maybe delay conception another month or so.
