A member asked:

Chest ct scan showed nodules are gone. report also stated granulomatous disease. what does that mean? i don't have follow up until next week.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Benign: Granulomatous disease is usually caused by prior infection by histoplasma fungus. This is benign and quite common. Nothing you describe sounds worrisome.
