Need to have tests: The only way to know if you are on too much thyroid hormone is to get someone to order a T4 and TSH. Your dose is on the high side but you are a big person so it may be the right dose. My only concern is that if you were not taking it regularly the last time you were tested and your dose was raised but now you are taking it all the time, your level could be high and cause rapid heart rate
