It is rare to: have pain radiating from ovary to left leg. Doesn't really follow nerve distribution. But you never know. And common causes for sharp leg pains are musculoskeletal related (e.g. sprains, pulls, etc.), sciatica (usually back pain down buttock to the back of leg), and neuropathies (many different types). You should not contend with this pain being ovarian cause. See a healthcare provider.
