Doubt pregnancy: Unpredictable bleeding is a common side-effect of Depo Provera--especially during the first 6 months of use. It doesn't mean you are pregnant. If this is the first time it has happened, you might want to do a pregnancy test for reassurance; however, it is most likely to be negative. Best wishes!
