Abd swelling: Hello, you have given no clue as to its origin and the lower abdomen is medically the size of Texas. I cannot answer your question with such limited information, but in principle any new abnormality seen in the abdomen, should be taken to the Dr to see, evaluate and treat if necessary. So my advice is to go and see your doctor so he can make a diagnosis thanks
